Simple Life Group's Laurence Chan x Owl Square Max Poon invest in Hong Kong iconic "Monster Building"
We’re thrilled to announce that Laurence Chan, Chairman of Simple Life Group, and Max Poon, Founder of Owl Square, have joined forces to form an investment consortium. The group has invested HK$30 million to acquire 17 units in Yick Fat Building, the iconic “Monster Building” in Quarry Bay.
The project aims to revitalize the space through redesign and rental subdivision, transforming it into high-quality co-living apartments. This marks another milestone in Owl Square’s continued expansion in the co-living market, dedicated to creating ideal urban living spaces for young professionals.
The new development will soon be reborn as a premium rental property offering comfort and convenience in the heart of the city. Stay tuned for more updates and details to come!
